W. Alan Schroeder, Esq.

W. Alan Schroeder established Schroeder Law in 2020, to further focus his practice on federal land transactions and related litigation. He previously practiced law with Schroeder & Lezamiz Law Offices, LLP in Boise, Idaho between 1990 and 2020, and with another law firm in Western Washington between 1987 and 1989.

Mr. Schroeder has provided quality legal services to individuals, ranchers, farmers, businesses, lending-institutions (banks), non-profit organizations / associations, cities, counties, and States since 1989. He received in 2001, and maintains an AV® Distinguished Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® which is the highest rating given to lawyers in the United States.

Mr. Schroeder is licensed to practice law in the States of Idaho and Washington, as well as authorized to practice law before U.S. Department of the Interior. 43 C.F.R. 1.3. He is additionally admitted to practice before the federal District Courts in Idaho and the Western District of Washington; the 8th, 9th, 10th, and Federal Circuit of the U.S. Courts of Appeals; the U.S. Court of Federal Claims; and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Schroeder is dedicated to helping clients with their federal land transactions and related civil / criminal litigation, including any associated real estate, trusts, estates, lending, and bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Schroeder is married to Diane (Decker) Schroeder since 1983. Diane is a Realtor with Make A Move Boise, which is part of the Kelly Right Real Estate. Mr. Schroeder often participates in Triathlons, including the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, the 70.3 Ironman, and the Ironman. Mr. Schroeder also enjoys water skiing and snow skiing.
